The advantages (and disadvantages) of our composite materials are not know every where. We help you from the start of the palnning, selection of the right material and designing of your components or structures. We support you with the  calculation of covers and supporting structures.

Manufacturing:h3>

We are well equipped for the mechanical manufacturing of profiles, grids, plates, made of composite materials, plastics and metals! For larger series or complicated components several CNC machines are available. We saw, cutting, milling, turning, grinding, drilling, all materials.

Cutting service:

Assembly:

We completely assemble your components together, for example, with screwing, riveting, bonding incl. packaging. Even painting is possible.

On-site installation:

We install covers of GRP gratings or  planks or
the prefabricated structures on site.
Of course, the assembly can be carried out by your team or your local company. We are happy to help.

Special made:

We are able to produce special components, complicated tubes and rods in our own production. Our specialties include profiles made of carbon fiber and fiber glass. If necessary we grind the parts with the highest tolerance.
We also manufacture containers in fiber spraying process and special parts with the winding technique.

Warehousing:

We have in Pfaffnau a well-stocked warehouse with GRP gratings, -planks and steps and construction profiles. Our range in the stock of industry profiles includes flat, angular, U- and C-profiles, tubes, rods.
Profiles, which we don't have in our stock, we are looking for you with our partners.
